I did an art project about the crisis Cameo and linked it to the Smallville universe we all know and love....I included their daughters, and I always thought 2 possible names could be Ella (Lois' moms name) and Lara (Clark's biological mom's name.) I brought the project to the Con and showed it to Tom and Erica.

Kind of sad hearing Erica wanted to go on and continue as Lois in her prime with Clark as Superman in a Metropolis spinoff/sequel series but that didn’t develop. We only got a glimpse of her as that classic version of the character and she was fantastic. She even said there were some discussions about it and I’m super curious what they considered. Would Tom have been full on Superman? If so, maybe that was the hold up. Or maybe Man of Steel being an upcoming movie meant they didn’t want to have a Superman show starting. Smallville was about the journey to getting to the classic Superman story. In a sense, it wasn’t necessary to see the classic Superman status quo but it would have been so cool to see these iterations of the characters in that format.

Wow!! Didn't realize Erica did two solo panels!! I am so jealous of you guys who got to go to this!! Maybe next time.... Thanks so much for posting!! You could tell Erica was a bit tired from a long long weekend of panels, pictures and Smallville nights. It was interesting though that as she answered questions and felt the love of the audience that it seemed to energize her. I think she truly loves her fans and I have heard so many great stories of her kindness to fans over the years. I know we can't clone Erica but wouldn't the world be a much better place if we all were more like Erica!! You go girl you ROCK!!!!!

Clark Kent and Lois Lane in Smallville, bickering friends who evolved to colleagues, who evolved to full blown lovers and who evolved finally to a happily married couple in the Smallville timeline. I watch all the panels I can, and I'm always amazed that no one ever asks about Erica's angelic singing voice. She has lended it on a few occasions to other shows. Lois and Clark for example. What's truly amazing is that Erica sings for Teri Hatcher playing Lois and later Erica plays Lois and Teri plays her mom. You couldn't order or plan a greater sequence of real life events.

Considering michaels lack for anything that is not his story. That narcissistic side of his showing can we just have Erica take over now. Maybe if she did people wouldn’t give up on watching Talkville anymore minus the Clana and Lana fans who can’t stand her.

@@alyce831I stopped watching Talkville for one reason and one reason only. Michael! I don’t like him so much anymore, he doesn’t like talking about Lois/Erica cause she is just as important in Clark’s life as Lex is. I didn’t realize he was such a narcissistic person and that turns a lot of people off. I want them to have Erica on the podcast more but I think Michael asserts himself and nixes the idea.

@@cherylebbs2079Same here. I unsubscribed for the same reason. I feel the same exact way. I couldn’t handle his narcissism anymore. I’ll only be watching when they are talking about episodes Lois is in. But that’s it for me. PS I was so relieved that he was not at this con. It was so nice to hear Erica and Tom talk and answer questions. If he was there, that wouldn’t be the case.

@@oldhollywoodfan8009 did you know that they are going to have Erica on when they discuss the Episode Exposed? I listened to the panel on KZbin but I couldn’t understand some of what was said(especially the part of having Erica co-host Talkville on Seasons 8-10)because of the quality of the audio. But a woman I follow on Instagram is a very devoted Erica fan and she goes to a lot of cons, the Steel City one included. She posts a lot of the photos taken and segments of the panel. I am going to try and rewatch the video and see if I can hear any better. As far as Michael, I refuse to watch Talkville anymore unless there’s a good reason too. I checked the last broadcast and found out they had kristin on and I bet it was Michael’s idea. I read some of the comments and they are pathetic. I don’t know if you are on Facebook or not but there is a large group of Lanatics who are so full of hate for Lois/Clois fans that they bully everyone to the point of threatening. I have had to block a few of them and drop out of a seemingly decent group until you start talking about Lois, Clois or talk against Lana.

Michael can be so rude. Always loves to talk about nothing but himself, disses Lois yet claims to love Erica and respect her, interrupts anyone who’s talking on Talkville and at cons. His interrupting being one reason I can’t watch panels he is at with Tom. That and Tom mainly with Michael and Kristen gets boring. Michael is so annoying and honestly a perv as well. I’m nervous about how he will talk about the stripper scene in exposed.

Thanks for uploading this!! Was hoping someone had captured this panel. Tom and Erica are so good together!! They still have that chemistry and teasing banter!! Would so love to see them do another project together romantic comedy, murder mystery, action adventure whatever it would be great!! Busted my gut when Erica said Michael has the attention span of a knat!! Such a great pair of human beings!! Clois forever!!

the end "it's like their heads were on the table" 😂yeah, they did kinda look like floating heads there from that angle. That's the issue with that kind of set up, you're having to crane your neck to look up at them on not only a high stage but being behind a table, especially at the front and if you're further back, you're not going to see them much. It doesn't help that there was no screen behind, which is what most cons have in their panels. It's funny how there were two seats beside that table they could have sat on but I guess it was cooler for them at the table. The fact they were saying how hot it was in there and you mentioning in your description that it was 90 degrees and it was a tent, holy crap I would have most likely fainted in there, I wouldn't have been able to cope in that heat. Even with those large fans going, it didn't really look like it was cooling the place down enough. Props for managing to film the whole panel in that heat not to mention keeping it upright for so long. Thanks so much for sharing! I love Tom and Erica so much. I love the fan that asked if they would be willing to continue the TalkVille podcast without Michael for S8-10 and have Erica instead since he seems so disinterested in wanting to watch the seasons that he's not in, because that was just what I was wondering too! I'm SO glad Tom thinks it's a great idea! Maybe he will try make it happen! That would be a real dream!

@@neklamp2431 I hope he doesn't. I'd love to hear his comments on the later seasons. But, I've seen this happen with other actors on podcasts; once their seasons are over, they are gone and replaced with an actor that was one the later seasons.

@@vbrandy7088 lol...Michael did addressed this. He told Kristin and Tom that he feels he has to step it up. He feels the fans expects it. Kristin and Tom thanked him. Michaels antics basically helps the panel and the audience from getting that awkward silence when neither the panel or the audience are talking. Michael just seems to keep things moving and lively. So far there have been no complaints from the audience that anyone has been mentioned .

@@easyalpha1 Michael was great in this panel because he actually let the ladies talk, made a couple jokes and didn't dominate the panel. But in some panels he does the most, talks over his castmates, don't leave them room to answer fans questions and always gotta be the center of the attention. And if you read youtube comments on some of these panels you will see fans complaining about this. But this panel was great it had a good balance.
