Ingredients: Flakes. Chia seeds. Milk. Banana. Peanut paste. Dark chocolate 80% Coconut oil. Pour milk over oatmeal, chia and banana and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Later add peanut paste. Separately, melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Pour chocolate over everything and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Сама правильна технологія приготування,тільки одне но---чому помідор не червоний а жовтуватий?? Чому один ,а не п,ять червоних густих сливок?? От той помідор і вкрав колір....треба класти більше помідорів,а не пасти!! А в усьому останньому все супер!!! А,ще перчик болгарський))
