As you show us around your plant room, I had a few questions in min: 1 vs 2 cup set up in perlite; is the green algae toxic to the plant and do we need to repot when they grow?; how much water do we add to the perlite prop box; what are the cons of growing all together in moss etc etc. And you answered all of them right after!! The level of detail you provide is incredible, thank you!

Don’t trust the plant shop!! They’ll just through a plant your way without sending picture’s or give you a reverted plant that doesn’t match the picture. Took them for ever!

my potted aloe was so bad i almost threw it away. it got plent of light in the window and i did not over or underwater it. i sat the pot in a about 1" of water in a bucket and let it sit there for about 2-3 hours. i took it out and put it back into the window. i had signs of this helping after just a few days and it got much better in about 1-2 weeks. i then fed it some plant food and the growth took off and it looks amazingly healthy. i am now watering it from the bottom. i did this with a hanging petunia basket and made all the difference as well. i think there are spots in the soil that dont accept water but are forced to when sitting in a bath and allowed to wick up from the bottom.

Live a little … and a mortgage is not a bad thing it’s called an asset sweetheart.. when u rent u are paying off someone else’s assets lol … who’s winning u or the people who receive rent from you ? Better to own your own home even if it’s a mortgage! I own five properties and all are rented out !!!!! Thanks to my tenants 😊 you renting is a waste of of money so how are you giving financial advice my goodness
