Sorry bad terminal connection why? Well because of the wire end of the hook . Some hooks are sharp at the end of the loop cut your line there under a load. Another aspect here notice where it attaches on the shank instead of the loop. A tight knot on the loop allowes you to set a crappie jig horizontal as it is fished under a bobber, this knot is a strait drag off the shank it won't allow for this. This is a knot I would never fish or use.

I liked the Hemo trick I can use that idea . I’m not sure what all was going on there but I have did similar things before . Really liked the idea on the wire bending with modified hemostats
