Hello, my friend and I are looking for places to railfan at Abrams and around Abrams/King of Prussia are where we won't be reported. What location is this video taken at?

Excellent shots! We want to chase the 2102 next time she runs, but we have never chased her before. Any advice as far as planning the route and spots to catch her at? - Ryan

@TheTrainboard depends on the route it's taking (OSJT, PIJT, etc), but general advice would be to avoid going through towns that get heavy traffic and make sure you have an update channel or scanner running so you can time your spots better.

I was on that train that day. I was that 5th car for the locomotive.

Great vid! Found myself waving at you in the windows a time or two. And I must've been standing right next to you in Pittston at one point! Lol!

Why did they start moving on the 5 minute warning whistle?

they didn't, the train left on time from both Nesquehoning and Pittston that day. If you're talking about at the beginning, it was just the engineer doing the standard whistle pattern for a crossing since they were starting off right in front of it

@@TrainMaster2004 ohhh I thought the standard was too long, one short, one long. I went on the June 22 trip and they never did that so it confused me. For us they did five minute whistle and then the 6 chime leaving

@@sfm_ferguson5033 that is the standard, that little bit at the end of the final long whistle was just the engineer quilling it (I think that's the term) and not meant to be an extra short whistle
