You should add /camp to the macro you use for Petri. If you click it twice fast (while not moving), you'll get the logout timer while in petri and you'll be gone after 20s. Just wait 5+ minutes after you've logged out and you'll be ported to the entrance of the dungeon. In the open world this may also save you as you can log another character and ask for help clearing the place you logged out from.
