Inspite all of your efforts videos are not being viewed. Video SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. Videos are not shared on Social Media platforms and many other problems are found on your KZbin Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. So immediately need SEO for your Videos & KZbin channel. For shorts like this in the future, make the thumbnail a shot of the speaker, with an intriguing dialogue snippet written in neatly fitting text on the bottom portion of the screen. Check out some other shorts and look at what thumbnails jump out at you more.

My landlords would probably say "he's anti social af and I don't go to visit the premises alone but he pays his rent in advance and he NEVER brings trouble to his door, the place is in better condition than when I handed him the keys too" guy really dont like me as a human but long as his bills get paid I don't think he gives any fuks😂

It seems to make more sense to the buyers with the lower price would knock the house down and since there is no guarantee they wouldn’t, I’d take the higher offer.

I love financial advice from a millionaire boomer who made all his money during the best time in history to make money from real estate. Its great advice because he still thinks it's the 70's when it was easy to make a living and buy a house. You're not a financial genius, you were just part of the right generation
