Why is that?? Gunn does a great job with movies specifically Gotg and His version of suicide squad

I have no interest in anything James Gunn either I read his tweets and that tells me everything I need to know about him

Oof! Gotta HARD disagree, I liked the first guardians and that's about it! Snyder has BANGERS! 300, Watchmen, Dawn of the Dead (I know Gunn help wrote it but the story is whatever it's all about the visuals and Snyder's direction). I mean 3 classics right there. Gunn is cheeks compared to Snyder and I don't even really a big fan of his DC stuff.

same as you. huge fan of snyderverse actors. Enjoyed the extended cut of SS1, really like TSS. i know they were not perfect movies and true to comic book. I acknowledge its flaws but like you i wanted the same cast. costume design etc. that being said, ive come to terms with the fact that there is a change of guard into the new DCU. And you know what? thats fine, in fact i embrace it grew up with a rotating new lineup of batmen actors every few years, like they were james bond actors. And they made DC super interesting to me. Same world, fresh directors, aesthetic design, suits, acting styles. We basically got our favourite universe told in an Anthology style almost. The new DCU is the same. A new fresh take, new excellent cast theyve found, good director. Everytime we get something new, theres a lot of noise from people who dont like change. If they got there way, we would have never gotten dark knight trilogy or snyderverse in the first place. its way better than Disney too scared to change and just recycling RDJ as Doom, which has completely soured marvel for me

Right. Nobody remembers that. They even changed the Bruce Banner actor. I personally liked that particular Hulk movie. Edward Norton nailed the character. But then they changed the actor, and Marvelized the Hulk.

They have a DC trailer out, but the trailer is very "sparatic" to say the least. They've brought in other characters, and for the 1 Superman, must only be "about Superman". That's what the movie is called.

If the director ain't careful, he take away from the character. Now this is just my opinion. Ok.

@@JefferyPolston what they released was a teaser trailer and yes, it is a sporadic, disorganized and unattractive trailer to say the least. It really does not sell the whole Superman movie for me.

In fact this is meant to be a DCU tentpole with world building. U want a new DCU with just 1 hero? or a lived in universe with existing co-characters, but the story following an early "year 2" style superman, skipping the origin story, but still following his growth arc, whilst interacting with familiar characters to make the world feel deeper if u just want to watch superman defeat lex luthor again for the millionth time, watch superman returns

@@kabbus22 i know how it's going to go, "look how janky his suit is". This Superman is going backwards. Did you not see the trailer? Why can't we as adults enjoy Superman too? We get "Deadpool" massive cussing, in which some people don't like in a movie. I think Ryan Reynolds does a good job, but the cussing is so cringing at times. And it ruins the movie. We got the Dark Knight trilogy. Ok, I just think something is missing, and.......it's the realness of what and who Superman is.

@@JefferyPolston yes I watched the trailer and in my opinion superman suit is inspired by I think starlord(mcu) .who knows may be they fix some jankyness in final cut and it is majorly for kids and sell toys .But let's just Wait for it to come in theatres and then share your review ok
