Diego I'm having the same problem with mine, if you find any fixes for this please let me know. Thanks

@@Macabre_Mike Allright I did empty the shock to 0 psi then i did the equalization then fill it up to 275 psi, take the rider position press the autosag bottom and then I fill it up to my weight in psi, I went to ride in the morning and it held prerty good hopefully it I'll stay like that hopefully this will work for you otherwise I think a 50 hour service needs to be done, that's going to be my next steep if it doesn't held.

Hi Diego, sorry for the slow response we don't monitor You Tube. Try following the fill instructions and setting sag that way. If you're still losing air and getting it stuck down check that the main chamber air valve is tight and that the valve core is tight. If all of those are good then you likely need to have the shock serviced and the quad ring needs to be replaced.

Thanks for the video. Just a question, what causes stuckdown? Inappropriate use? Mine is always stuckdown after hitting a trail. However, when only using on the street, it's not stucking down. I'm really bothered,
@traillabs55702 жыл бұрын
If you have a shock without the autosag it may be that there is too much negative pressure in the shock and the only fix is to force the pressure to equalize by using something that gives you good leverage (we use a 6foot press). Otherwise the only solution is to remove the air-can...which is dangerous. Your air piston quad ring may be worn out and is leaking air between the chambers.

Trail Labs i got to ask you a favor please, can you fit a 29x2.4 on the Zeb 27.5 and tell me if theres an acceptable clearence? I read it got more room for fender etc and i can fit a 29 on my 27.5 Yari but is almost rubbing. I cant run a 29er fork on my bike, too slack. Thanks a lot!

I just published my Zeb review. I'm shocked (no pun intended lol) that the Zeb has a 10mm longer chassis (axle to crown) than my prior 36. Can you guys measure the difference in axle to crown on your 180s there please?

so do i use shock pump for mesuring psi after clicking autosag button or do i just sit on bike and then click autosag button? thanks for vid btw
@traillabs55704 жыл бұрын
Hi Karlo, when using the autosag to find sag you fill the shock to the pressure indicated on the decal, probably 275psi, sit on the bike and depress the autosag button. That will release pressure until the chambers equalize for your weight. Once it stops releasing air release the autosag button. You can then attached your shock pump and see where the pressure is if you want to know.
