The crit goggles have a -30% dam reduction for what you do

If you work out the math crit googles at a base (when you have 0% crit chance and 100% crit dmg) gives you 12% increased dmg even with the -30% base dmg. This 12% increases multiplicatively once you start adding crit chance and crit dmg stats. It's a fantastic item imo.

Yeah I bugged the game out. I don't remember if I actually captured me doing this bug in this specific video, but I for sure recorded it in other vids.

Impact axe is the only weapon i would say is actively bad. There are a couple "not good" weapons. I'm looking at you drones (fire and acid ones are good though) and HE grenade. The axe though, that can actually pull enemies into you on its way back, AND it's a crap weapon that never gets that good. Level your gunner to get the lead burster grenade open. Strong arm driller can use it, that makes for a super fun run. Good call on splitting into 3 on stage 2. All the grenades allow it, it is always the right answer. It scales with amount of bugs. There is an off chance that you have all kinetic damage with kinetic buffs. Then adding in the kinetic boom works. Just pick the split. It's so good.

To dodge 100 times, use the region scout, the one with the pistols, and magma core. You can dodge the ground. So you don't need to risk a 50 damage hit from something. The fire only does 2 damage. It is also an effective wall against all small enemies. They won't cross it. You can even find situations to kite them from side to side, lol Is your video recorded a long time ago or is your game not updated. They fixed that bug. It was fun while it lasted, lol.

Sludge pump is more of support/clear weapon. on foreman, it is better to just max subato. acid conversion+-25% reload, 100% ammo clip, focus on fire-rate stat for subato. The subato has such low reload time that stacking fire-rate as much as possible makes a strong boss killer. If you get sludge, you unlock acid tag which is also really good.

With the present, any money left in your bank is carried over into the total value of the items it gives you the next turn. The more money you have for the present to ‘spend’, the more rare items you’ll start to get. So, if you just continually save the money and you accumulate over 80 gold (I think?) you have a chance of the present giving you rainbow gooberts and suchlike. :)

Wait, I don't remember the comment section being disable. So, in Hardcore, there is a penalty when destroying the 20th Century Industry card. A vital card for people at cost of emission. I knew it! The music is back to the 1st phase when emission is decreased. That was difficult. 1:28:40 This is a good card after expire.
