Don't jump directly to doing these exercises , Start with Warm up for Shoulder back and front for 20 times , knee rotations , jumping jack all for 15 mins Then perform excercise 1 for day one minimum for 10 times. This will consume your 30 mins. Enough of excercise for 1st day. Kapalbhati for 10 mins.(Exhale-inhale) Like that proceed for next set in next day.
