Too much talking. Just show the posters and tell us about the artist. We can figure out the rest for ourselves.

Wonderful. With the Reynold Brown book so costly now, and with the poster prices more fantastical than the genres he depicted, this documentary is the next best thing to showcase his work.

I actually worked there that year in the Gemini games area. As a matter of fact I was the one running the Gemini Star Darts game and when they took that one out and put in Mini Hoops there, I took over the Gemini Fun Ball game

they close because there was an accident where a bunch of people got their feet cutt off and the park was sued alot of money.
@tdjorge40198 жыл бұрын
Um? No. They closed cause Six Flags sold the park to Cedar Fair, and because Cedar Point was close they didn't want to lose attendance, so they escalated the park down to only a waterpark that still stand today. And where did you get that information that obviously is a lie.
@seanlewis11487 жыл бұрын
it happened at Kentucky kingdom, dear
@eliasmertens93137 жыл бұрын
Although that happened at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, they didn't close because of that. The park closed two years after that accident because Six Flags was going bankrupt.

You can put batteries in all the early iPods.. I've personally done 2-3-4 and 5 gen batteries, (the four is the easiest) If you liked that, put flash memory in instead of that hard drive, you will LOVE it! Google it, its worth the effort.

why did they close it
@eliasmertens93137 жыл бұрын
Premier Parks bought Geauga Lake in 1995. From then, they started rapidly rapidly expanding the park. In 1996, they added the Mind Eraser. In 1998, they added Serial Thriller. Then in 2000, they added the whole new kid's section, Villain, Road Runner Express, Batman: Knight Flight, and Superman: Ultimate Escape. Then in 2001, they bought Sea World AND added X-Flight. Lastly, in 2003, they added Thunder Falls, which at the time was the largest water slide in the world. At that time, Premier Park/Six Flags started going bankrupt and they started selling off a ton of their parks, Six Flags Ohio was one of them. Cedar Fair bought the park in 2004 and changed the name back to Geauga Lake. I feel like those last three years were super depressing for the park. First of all, they shut down the animal park, which was a huge draw for the park since it was something that neither Cedar Point nor Kings Island offered. Then they moved half of the water park to the other side of the lake, but they still left a couple water slides on the other side of the park and it just sat there rotting. They started shutting down rides, even some of the classic ones like the monorail, the sky tower, the little boat ride on the lake, and Mr. Hyde's Nasty Fall. Then in 2007, they removed two of the park's flagship coasters: Superman: Ultimate Escape (then Steel Venom) and X-Flight. They claimed that they were trying to downsize the park, but it was stupid that they removed two of the most popular coasters in the park. If they wanted to downsize and remove a couple coasters, they should have gone with Mind Eraser/Head Spin and Serial Thriller/Thunderhawk since they weren't that popular. Then Raging Wolf Bobs derailed due to the lack of maintenance and they made no efforts to fix it. Then they closed it after the 2007 season without any warning. Many people believe that Cedar Fair bought Geauga Lake to close it and move the attractions to other parks or just sell them. I mean, they bought the park for a hundred and forty-five million dollars. They were able to sell off all the animals in the animal park, they sold a ton of the rides at auction, and they were able to move all the other coaster.

Damn right, when I got out of high school I was in a vocational school that taught electrical installation and walked right into a job working as a building engineer at Rockefeller Center best job I EVER had, today you need a college education to do the same damn job even a helper's job and that is what is killing our country, create more vocational schools for kids to have hands on training.
