Are you using an impedance transformer or mic straight in to the amp input?

I have one and am pleased with the amp. I'm using a Boya Lavaliere mic. A few issues with feedback but find the right adjustment between mic and amp and sounds good. I'll get a better mic eventually.

What is the connector going into the amp from your boyo?

@@steverehrman6611It is a 1/4 inch connector. It fits over the 1/8 inch connector that comes attached to the cord.

Very nice! Apart from distorted sound can you get a clear and decent sound with the harmonica? Also can you use it outdoors efficiently for busking? Thanks

I have this one too. What a kick to mess around with. BUT,,, if you want to step up one notch look at the Black Star Fly. 3 watts. Sounds half way decent. But if you want to get really serious like the big boys buy the ext cab for the Fly & you have a big 6 watt stack! Oh wow! Your playing harmonica! I was waiting for guitar. Damn that actually sounds pretty good.

greatvanzinni Look into the BLACK STAR FLY. I really like small amps they have a chances to open up with out blowing your ear drums :P
