Yes it does. Luckily we are in the middle of summer here in Australia. Hopefully I can get some more fly time in soon

Seems like you are always pushing to front of hill instead of going xc is there airspace behind hill?

Yes there is airspace just behind the hill Xc is possible but was a low base day
