Banana is a starch like bread and rice and potato. Eating acid fruit before starch is vital. Eating fruit or other acids like wine after starch is conducive to gastritis.

Zen is about denial of the reality and the potential of this life. Christianity looks at this life as real though not necessarily fun or enjoyable; rather joyous (which is not the same thing as enjoyable) as the first glimpse of eternal life with Our Lord. In Zen the body and the dilemmas of this life are to be escaped. Escape to what? They do not say. At best it is a kind of blankness. Why escape at all? To avoid suffering. Why avoid suffering? Because this life as we experience it is all that there is. Afterlife, if it exists, is so profoundly different that it is equivalent to the final death of the individual. For what survives has no knowledge of what it once was. In Christianity, our life here life presages The Resurrection and bodily life with Our Savior Jesus Christ. After the Resurrection our bodily life is literally a renewal and extension of our present life; with our individuality, our talents and I would say even our memories of this life intact and expressed in their full glory as God the Father originally created them. The difference between Zen and Christianity is the difference between being dissolved into a sea of...what??..spirit??...and sitting in our Resurrected bodies at a banquet and eating food and drinking wine with Our Savior. Who would not want an everlasting life where one can praise God through his work (not toil) and eat with Him at the end of the day?

I am a graduate of several Berkeley Psychic Institutes programs. I spent about $20000 over the years. Since April 2022, unwillingly I got on a mental torturing system while unconscious, I paid extra $1000 to R Brewster as they requested over the phone. This system has been creating weird images n voices in my space except when I'm asleep. It's very dangerous as I involuntary dropping stuff in the kitchen n I was pushed by invisible hands while walking in public. They told me I should vent on a regular basis, I was told at times the system is a Russian spy training system that mostly protects only white and married graduates, as the Russian system dislikes unmarried minorities, especially single male lotus !! Pain & punishment from NL, TH, VMR etc, I have more evidence....., One of the main evidence is that the old BPI building sold to a Tibetan community!

Here's the secret to a long life... A relatively stressed-free charmed bougie lifestyle, having money (yes!) to make choices & indulge in the finer things, hire staff & assistants to do things for you, social standing, a soft professional career like a librarian or a professor, and more money to take care of things so you don't have to! There! You're welcome!
@ZenTeachingsDaily19 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing your perspective! While financial security and a stress-free lifestyle can certainly contribute to well-being, I believe there are many factors that influence longevity-things like mindset, health, relationships, and personal fulfillment. But you're right, having resources and support can make a big difference!

I found it quite odd that you should tell seniors to be proud of their gray hair, wrinkles and so forth, but only showed us images of computer generated perfect people with perfect skin, no wrinkles and perfectly trim bodies. Why not show real seniors with all their flaws?
@ZenTeachingsDaily19 күн бұрын
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! You raise a very valid point. The goal was to celebrate aging naturally, and I agree that showing real seniors with their beautiful imperfections would reflect that message much better. I’ll definitely keep this in mind for future content-authentic representation is important
