@@n3pty257 it shrunk a lot but it fits me perfect now. i think they're large at first and then they shrink to the correct size. that's what happened to two of my gi's.

Medium for shirts and shorts. I did get a large for a compression long sleeve that I bought because I wanted to grow into it and it still fits me well. I weigh 140 lbs and I’m 5’8

Honestly I think they’re both great but I find myself using the aerotex hybrid liner shorts way more often. I use them for running and for jiu jitsu since they don’t have pockets as normal shorts do, they have those compression pockets which is great so they don’t get caught when I use them in jiu jitsu
