Some people have come to their own conclusion that he's probably cheating himself in these videos. I can understand the misunderstanding since I too thought so for a few minutes but that's only because I realized it was r_drawotherviewmodel and sv_cheats but the biggest getaway was the demo. If you've experienced recording source games and using sv_cheats you know exactly what I'm gonna say... That said he is cheating is completely wrong. He made videos from demos he had previously recorded on his computer and the reason you didn't think about it is simple. You saw he was speaking a foreign language, you didn't understand so you thought he was a typical cheater who lives in Russia. But that's quite incorrect. Everyone cheats and not all players have ill intentions. Like you misunderstanding an innocent player from my view as of now. But if you're still unsure you can repeat and do what he has done. Alexander used "cheats/walls" from console commands that you can also do in CS: GO or CS:S in this case. So this isn't cheating unless it was him who was shooting and doing the gameplay. Hopefully, this clears your mind off someone's inability to understand the simplicity of this. To-Do List: 1. To record your demo, please open the console by enabling in settings and type: "record [name]" Please name it anything you want and remove brackets from the comment. 2. After playing a bit and you've concluded that you have caught a cheater or anyone just leave the match if it isn't finished (I recommend finishing the game so you get more evidence and experience) and then open the console if you closed it and type in "demoui1 or demoui2" or if these two don't work you can use "playdemo [name]" and you should now be able to view the game you've recorded and replay everything as it was, even voice chat and general chat will mostly work fine, and you can keep these forever, and they are quite small files by the way unless they are complex. (by the way, they do not change, or update. They use your settings in the way you'd probably think so... using configuration files) 4. Before we start capturing (recording the demo to a video format) our screen we will need to enable some console commands in our demo while it's in play mode and to do this open console, type "sv_cheats 1" & "r_drawotherviewmodels 1". Remember you'll need sv_cheats to be enabled to see other view models, entities through walls, etc. If he was really cheating you'd only see players in ESP (esp is a function on hacking software) not view models or other brush and props unless it was an exploit or admin using sv_cheats like your doing right now. 3. Capture your screen with a third-party software also known as software recording or hardware recording that uses a device to record input from HDMI or other related display from and to machine ports.

When I record and watch it back, the view doesn't follow the scout like in this tutorial. I'm stuck on it.

people hate it, people love it. its buggy as hell. looks beautiful. will make your computer explode, its easy to learn. is freeeee. thats the second best 3D animation software out there baby. blender still the first.
