Your Honor, if I may, allow me to shed some light on the circumstances surrounding the incident. The events that transpired were in the context of self-defense. If one takes a look at the first clip shown in this video, it was clear from the visible injuries sustained that I was in a state of distress and harm during the altercation. The actions I took were solely in defense of myself and those around me. Resulting in this Falco getting clipped.

1:49 If that slap killed the two guys that would have been freaking insane. 2:38 The two clips against Zero Suit Samus and Ridley was my favorite so far. The coordination was really out of this world. I wish I have a partner with which I could play and practice these sequences of actions. This looks way more enjoyable.
