In terms of gameplay it depends on what you're used to. In general controller is easier because the game assists you. If two people have the same abilities to hit the same shots consistently the controller player has a literal advantage.

Um…idk if you heard but console Valorant doesn’t have aim assist, only “focus” mode that you have to manually activate to slow down your sens
