We managed. Couple of suggestions is 1) to establish aircraft callsigns when fully crewed and 2) when transport ships are on deck waiting, have them be an indirect fire asset -- set up Mk6 mortars to provide HE, smoke, and at night, illumination fires.

There is no treaty that says that Greece should demilitarize the islands, certainly none that Turkey is part of. Greece has a right to expand its territorial waters to 12miles, which Turkey has done, but Turkey says that if Greece does it, it is a casus belli. As for Cyprus, if one is into ethnic cleansing, then one may agree with that turkish action (which is condemned by the UN, btw). To all intends and purposes, Turkey is the "bully" of the area, having invaded Iraq, Syria, recently, and conducted genocides against most non-turkic nations that were part of the Ottoman Empire, while under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, whom Hitler considered as his mentor, btw.

Just stumbled upon this. Really late comment, but looks like your nacelles changed up to 72% because the aircraft was too low to the deck. You were in danger of hitting the rotors on the hill.

May have been covered, but HUD in the H-60 is attached to the NVGs. Therefore, there is no day HUD.

As currently implemented, the user has symbology displayed in the field of view day and night. If that symbology doesn't represent a HUD, then I'm not familiar with another HUD for the H-60 that only works at night through a set of NVGs. Is there a separate HUD accessible only through the NVGs?

@@FrankVVids There is only one type of HUD in any H-60 model that I am aware of. I’m and Army H-60A/L/M Standardization Instructor Pilot. The only type of HUD in an H-60 fits over the end of one of the NVG tubes. There is no HID that is visible during the day. Looks like your symbology is pretty close. We just lack any kind of day time HUD capability like the AH-64.

@@austinrothjr Just realized you're talking about the real aircraft and its systems. I was referring to the DCS model and its implementation in the simulation. Al's a Blackhawk guy and now, after your comment, recall him mentioning a HUD with NVGs.

DCS needs more infantry models and pilot models and AI aircraft wreckage models that you can use for CSAR missions as well as models for special operators. That would make the Black Hawk much more immersive.

If not, then someone who knows how to model that stuff should get to work on it. We can't just have American, Russian and Georgian personnel forever.
