Also you know if you put a Murphy bed in where you have that that freaking couch or whatever or put the bed where you have the couch you would that would make more sense you have the TV in the bedroom area and the living room space is on the other side it doesn't make sense but I'm saying you need to get a Murphy bed you can put it in dent in the wall and then you can put the Murphy bed up when you're not using it now give you more space or put a pull-out couch in there get rid of that other couch put a pull out couch in where you have the bed and then you'll have a living room and you can put a kitchen in where you have that couch you know what I mean also you know you could utilize this ceiling space you could add a loft area to put storage you know I don't know I'm just spitballing here that's just my two cents is all
