Just discovered your channel. I've had chronic pain in my back and neck for about 25 years now. Today I was at the hospital to get cortizone and lidocaine injections in my neck because my neck is causing almost daily headaches. Some days my walking feels like I have MS and I use a walker. I've had severe episodes with depression that were really scary. Glad I found your channel as I feel isolated with the pain and disability.
