Creepy how these fish float there still as can be and then have bursts of motion. Food is probably pretty scarce down there so deep, this must be an energy conservation mechanism. I just ate one but I think i'll be avoiding this fish moving forward. The longevity of this fish is astounding, and likely bio-accumulation of heavy metals can't be that great for you long term. I'll try to stick to shorter-lived species that both accumulate less and can re-grow populations faster (sustainable). Interesting fish though

Thats beautiful shellwork ,my Grandmother would make the sydney harbour Bridge and the shoes matching with a box or an heart shaped box and boomerangs vases, photo frames all sorts of things with carbroad glue and shells ,she taught me how to collect shells whilst pop and the boys would go fishing on the rock Nan and the girls would collect shells take them home and sort them out for Nan to make things it was the best times yarning and laughing with Nan and all the stories I cherish them priceless moments and memories me and my mum do shell workshops and the markets .
