If he comes back in City of the Wolves, he should be voiced by Yohei Azakami/Neil Newbon. He could have a special cinematic super where he sets up mannequin dolls fast paced (like that fast paced William Tell Overture scene from Clockwork Orange), humiliates the opponent in toy clothes and sends the dolls to attack!

I remember only buying this bullshit Because it said 1999 when and actually it was 98 and it was for Dreamcast that has an anime intro from the main series. In other words, it was the most f***** up thing they could have ever done and that's what made it unique just to have. Not to mention, even though they were on a console with a badass sound Chip managed to have low quality sound effects music😂 It wasn't until King of fighters maximum impact when they changed their sound system.

Thanks a lot for this upload! Did you know that studio version existed prior to this? Due to the success of It on KZbin, I wanted to do a remaster, like I did for "Dune Spice Opera" this year (easy to find), but unfortunately the tapes are lost. 😢 But I still have the midi sources, so, be prepared to hear some new version this year!
