Will you integrate scandinavia into europe for this series? Or maybe expand scandinavia to have more of „viking-conquered“ europe? Or just non mainland europe? There‘s only like 6 cultures or smthn in ur borders if im remembering right that video might be a bit short

Edo is my favourite culture to play. You can form one-duchy kingdoms by conquering 30 counties that contains only 1 whole duchy, so I play mega tall with JUST the duchy of Benin, adopt feudal, get the super fun Benin Walls, and RP as the Ogiso dynasty (Benin dynasty in game, for some reason they made the first Ogiso Yoruba culture). I play in Africa a ton and I didn't know about Beja so that'll be fun to play! I was also happy to see Sao at number 1 cos they're usually not played by the ck3 KZbinrs. What might be good to do is factor in terrain regardless of traditions that affect it - example; Welsh culture has no traditions that affect coastal terrain, but the fact that most Welsh counties are coastal means off the bat Welsh players will have access to maritime mercantalism and ports which increase dev and taxes (hope that makes sense). I actually quite like communal for RP purposes, when I think it would make less sense for them to be beurocratic, tho tbf I haven't actually read what egalitarian does. Super excited for the other parts cos I usually play niche cultures like Bjamrian and wanna see them get more rep

The best culture completely depends on what you want to do. How you want to do it and personal play style. I also LOVE to hybridise as early and as often as I can. Any time I'm not actively working towards hybridising with a culture, I'm spreading my newly hybridised culture and telling my vassals (of my culture) to do the same.

wow, all this time i thought Zaghawan culture was the best, they have access to Mulathamun, Sahel horsemen, Abudrar as well as the Camel riders, as for traditions, they are the true kings of the desert drylands and oasis.

So you did forget the fact that Agarian ruins Martial Education effectiveness, for characters of there respective cultures, however that only matters if you're looking into Martial Builds. Additionally the Water Rituals Tradition makes it so the Diligent trait appears more often, making it a great pairing for Agarian & Economic focused Cultures, otherwise I completely agree with the Ethos rankings, but I only draw issue with no mention of Ethiopian Culture, which, imo, has the strongest Cultural Tradition in the region, being Amharic Highlanders, however, given that you scored Isolationist & Strong Believers so low, it might mean that it ties with the Guan culture in this ranking. Otherwise, pheonominal video, & the based Sao Culture reigns supreme in restoring the Kanem Bornu Empire, a great & fascinating historical anomaly of an Empire in the world's history.

Been loving these county rating videos, hopefully you can do a tier list video on Cultural Traditions, cause obviously for Coastal Counties Coastal War. + Polders + Maritime Merc. + Dexterous Fishermen is insanely powerful, but given you deductions & analytics on your videos I feel like you can pick apart what's wrong with certain Traditions & hypothetical adjustments that would make them on par with how they should be. For example, the base game Eunuchs Tradition is extremely underwhelming, especilly given that it basically should have a greater effect on the Court & your Ruler as a whole, as such I feel like reintegrating the Adventurer's Camp Second position for the Chief Eunuch Position, whilst rebranding the original Chief Eunuchs effects into a "Eunuch's Second," given that in all actuality the Chief Eunuch would be a right hand man for their liege, whilst the Eunuch's Subordinates would be competeing & carrying out any political Intrigue. I mostly wish these Traditions to be underneath or as good as Maritime Mercantillism, meaning they fill a particular hole for your characters Culture, but aren't exactly always "needed."

i think varangian veterans are stronger than huscarls, and huscarls are not unique to the norse since anglo-saxons also have access to them

If you manage to speedrun to feudalism and focus on playing tall, you can acquire shit tons of development in these counties when you max out all the building slots with cities and temples

I think the Thumbnail map doesn't fit the list a little. Notably the Samarkand, Bukhara, Kishsh and Chaghaniya counties. Also keep up the great work 👍

Sogdian culture saw a change,I believe. They replaced Futuwwa,that unlocks the Ayyar with the Frontier Warriors,which unlocks the Tarkhans. These H.Cav which are early in the game alongside the Chinese Crossbowmen are the only counters to H.Archers,maybe them highly valuable. Make sure to either get H.INF or Skirmishers to be able to siege with them.

Fun fact: There is a duchy in the Ob region that has the most baronies in the game

Finally India, it is the most advanced area in the game, I wonder how these counties will do in the video for whole map

Baghdad too should be in the list, even thou it is owned by abbasids emperor and you cant start as count, however you may conquer fromninside or start as Heasting and do adventure for it.

Did anyone ever die while leading his men in battle while having the brave trait? I played the game for 3 years and this never happened to me as when i let my character lead the army he/she is usually a martial education character and i give him/her the stalwart leader as his first perk and pick the chivalry lifestyle
