I'd be interested in doing this tour.... Pete, are there many that are solo touring this trip, not couples? Better in the spring or fall?

@@feloniousmonk3049 on our trip, we had a mix of couples and single riders. We did the fall tour, so I’m not sure how it is in the spring.

Welcome, I hope you enjoyed your trip. There is also the west of Morocco that worth to visit. I don't know why it's always the same places I see in videos.. There are way more beautiful villages in Morocco, like my hometown (Tafraout for example or my mother's village Assa near to Tata, mountains and oasis there are just amazing). And some villages aound Essaouira, Imesouane... The list is too long, there are a lot of places that I never see on KZbin.

What time of year did you make this trip, coming down from BC Canada last week of May first 2 weeks of June, down to Fort Bragg, east to Tahoe down 108 to Yosemite and hopefully down thru the sierra range to death valley then east to Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana ad Idaho to home... plan A if the passes are open

We left Kelowna BC on May 8, got back on May 29. We didn’t show any video between Kelowna and Vancouver, WA. Yosemite and North Rim of the Grand Canyon were closed, but they are normally open at the beginning of May

Thank you for the great video. I'm from the southern Iowa and planning a trip through the four corners heading to northern California early June 2024 and wondering what month your trip was that NP were still closed due to snow?

We left Reno on May 10, and had planned to visit Yosemite and the N Rim of the Grand Canyon in the first few days of the trip. They would both normally be open then but because there was so much snow the previous winter were still closed.

I just came across this video. Andalusia does have some amazing roads. But they could be improved if the resurfaced them once in a while. Great video. Ride safe !

Thanks. The roads were great and most of the pavement was pretty good. The best part though was there was very little traffic.

I don't actually have the routes. The tour company chose all the routes and we just followed our guide.

With this particular tour company they generally expect you to ride as a group although we sometimes get spread out quite a bit. There are exceptions depending on the group dynamics. I ride with another tour company as well, and they are more flexible about it.

At 10:06 to 10:15 when the tourers say It’s “why they flew over,… the best part,..wonderful” is the other side of the Sierra Nevada in Granada, the road from Guadix to Quentar. I live less than 15 km from there up in a mountain village called Güejar Sierra. It’s a great road, one of many they show that I know very well. Great riding and nice video.

We did Stelvio this August. It was a great section of road. We (2 up on a RT) played on it for a day along with a run down Umbrella pass which comes off near the top off on the Bormio side. Tight and twisty in places but a lot of fun. I got to ride it the next day very early in the morning with no traffic which was awesome. Great camera work keep them coming!
