homelander is easily the weakest. he barely has any proper combat experience, his strength features are nothing compared to what omniman or superman offers. second is omniman. regardless of his impressive features, superman fights cosmic level threats on a daily basis and even broke through a jail made by a 6th dimensional being that created the DC multiverse even when his powers were cut off due to no sunlight. superman is just too op.
