11:25 . Is attaching policy required ? What is it ?
@spiritanand12 күн бұрын
Yes, it is required. I am using policies in this case to grant permissions to the user. Without these permissions, the user I have created would not be able to access S3.

I have not yet. I have been using Claude mostly, and it works pretty accurately (90% of the time)

make content on deploying as well. people are already building apps locally but less content about the next steps. use replit agent

I have made content on deploying nodejs servers - kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3iUmJ2Fn8idirM&lc=UgwZoK2b1zsud89MOVF4AaABAg And I simply deploy my web app projects (Nextjs projects) on Vercel since it is very simple. When the need arises for me to deploy to AWS (using docker) I will make content on it for sure. For now read blogs/docs.

Nice vid 👍. The new beta clerk docs suggests to move away from the middleware and do the checks in the pages. But yeah i would still like to see the implementation.

Hi Suryansh I have doubt that I am going to have admission in a mid engineering college in mumbai in CS major so I wanted to know that how should I start my programming journey with which language and the steps to become a good programmer
@spiritanand2 ай бұрын
Start with whatever interests you, web dev = JS (+ TS), AI = Python, Solid backend = Java (or NodeJS). TBH, the language does not matter too much. Focus on the basics of programming and build a shit ton of apps. You will do great. All the best. (and ofcourse join discord so I can answer further questions :))

Is this approach good for beginners, I just learned JS basics and DOM manipulation. Can I just start building projects or should I build one or two projects using tutorials and then build something on my own ?
@spiritanand3 ай бұрын
this tech stack is not for you just yet. But the approach would work. Pick a project you like, build it by researching or even mixing a few KZbin tutorials and you're golden. Join on Discord if you need more advice ✌️

Hey , great video , just one point i did not like is the master your language thing , once you are able to build applications, i thing its better to specialize and see where Language like JS sucks and how to optimize it , its an important skill , no matter what , yes its a way to MASTER the language but its important that people understand how fundamentally their application works , how does V8 work , what are closures , what is polyfill , how to develop an efficient search algorithms , yes these things are important
@spiritanand3 ай бұрын
true, this is what i meant by not mastering the language, - keep learning the language by building more challenging projects - do not treat coding like a theoretical subject where you need to keep on learning without actually applying - always keep learning, because once you say I have mastered this it means that there is not much else to learn, whereas with coding you have to always learn - be curious and passionate
