For anyone seeing this in 2024, they have now changed the heist start up cost from 25k to 100k. So be cautious about restarting as you'll have to cough up 100k each time you reset it. IMO it's not worth resetting more than once or twice as the difference in payouts becomes less and less more worth it as you're having to spend upwards of 300-400k to get what you really want.

With $100k cancel fee and lower payouts I literally just create a new character and delete it to get guaranteed Madrazo files (1.1-.2M), but not before doing 1 of the equipment missions for it to only change primary to madrazo but all secondary will stay the same.

Tequila in 2024 os just 640k and onve I got only this and no secondary loot anywhere

Bunch of mistakes here. First, the heist hard mode becomes available 2h24m (if solo) or 48m (if 2+ players did finale) after the payout screen at the end of the previous heist. It then stays available for 48 minutes, meaning if you start it anytime within those 48 minutes, it will stay in hard mode (even if you don't complete the scope out yet). Next, if you dislike the loot, dont even leave the island, just press pause, go to online, find new session, invite only session. Be sure Kosatka is your spawn location. Then exit the sub, cancel, go back inside and start again. Lastly, scoping out takes 15 minutes per scope with a highly efficient pro route, meaning fast travel Kosatka to area, use sparrow, take out smugglers with sparrow, take plane and fly straight to island, use motorcycle, do the hill jump past checkpoint, do fast hack, scope only primary target (skipping secondaries), etc. So a very skilled player can only do 3-4 resets before hard mode ends. And if you finally like the loot, just jump off the tower and parachute into compound to get teleport to airport to leave quickly, or let guards catch you in general! Overall, this video needs an update. :D

Rockstar really needs to start buffing payments for primary targets or at least secondary targets ever since cayo came to the game it’s just get nerfed repeatedly but like I said they either buff payments for primary targets for normal or be easier is to get rid of the tequila bottle it ain’t worth shit🤦🏻‍♂️
