Look how many units will be handed over in the same time way too many. Rental income in these kind of properties aren’t great choices because of the competition

1.2M for a 1BR is inflated price for Furjan. Unless it was an Ellington or an Emaar project.

@@TravAlligatorYup, according to me Furjan is saturating and has reached its peak. Should only appreciate minimally in the coming years. but the thing with this project is, that you’re getting vastu, big units and closed kitchens, and a pretty good developer in my opinion. If you don’t go by its name, have you seen Emaar’s quality? What is your opinion?

@@RealEstatewithAgam From what I've seen Emaar builds good communities but their interior and layout is very boring. I feel they are over-hyped. Ellington and Imtiaz deliver better aesthetics and finishing.
