Ok. Here is something about this run that doesn't make sense. When you're going for the skull rush achievement, now is not the time to experiment with sigil swaps. Why in any gaming fashion, would you pass the double strike sigil to the mantis? Hey look a fireplace that buffs attack. Surely my dire wolf would not need to enhance its strength so it can KILL 2 GRIZZLIES IN 2 TURNS!!!. Also for some reason (not saying this is a KZbin thing or just your profile), but the comments are all in black font when I switch to dark mode. This seems like a new bug.

You should position that pack rat on the open lane to the right of the alpha. Getting that 3 damage buffer while blocking with pelts could buy you time.

I feel ya about that. I've been experimenting with 2 different kinds of deck building strategies. Not saying this will work for the Skull Rush, but I've had marginal success with these: 1) When it comes to any card selection encounter, trial encounter, or boss battle win, pick the card that is first alphabetically. 2) Same as 1) but last alphabetically. You don't really need that mirror tentacle to become stronger with alpha's leader sigil. Also, if you see a wolf behind a steel trap, sacrifice the card in front of said trap. I don't think you're ready to handle that wolf coming down. Unless you can sick the dire wolf on it like the second attempt. You may want to reconsider whether or not you need the extra pelts. I know they can be useful to block the bears, but if you don't have a plan for anything behind the traps, you're toast. Angy Nixie is best Nixie, lol.

So what were you eating in the background? I heard clanking of utensils. Btw, you don't need to just rely on items to beat the bears. If you have a heavy hitter in your deck, that could also make the difference. I bring this up b/c when you are able to for the skull rush, you're not going to have that hook handy. You already know by now that grizzlies have 6 health and 4 attack. The lesson here is not to overload your deck with pelts. I'm sure a fused pelt would have saved you some trouble. Drawing 2 instead of 3 from your top deck. I hope you don't quit this run. There is a way to win it.

🎶Guess who's back. In your deck. Ijiraq. Your new friend.🎶 I've finally conceded that skull rush in Magnificus Mod is way too damn hard. Can't even get out of the first boss battle. Went back to OG Kaycee's Mod and cleared the saved data. 2 out 3 items from painting and challenge level 5 right now. Btw, every challenge level will be a skull rush. Ijiraq bailed me out of the 3rd boss angler fight from the jump. Didn't need to worry about any great whites.

I'll give you points for originality. Nobody ever wants to get a pelt painted unless it was a fused pelt. Also, It's not a dumb move to increase the stats of mealworm. It adds utility to any one of your cards. If you used an item or two during those bloodthirsty birds fight, you probably wouldn't be forced to getting another pack rat. If you knew you were going to lose, that is. You may want to retain memory of where you're journey will go so you don't get too many pack rats.

When you're going through the scrolling credits, you can get by that by pressing the ESC key.

To answer your question, until I c*m and you'll have to "bear" with me. Now as for the game, You may want to build your experience from 120 until you gradually get up to 250. Find the right kind of increments. That is, if you want to go for skull rush. It's like what I'm doing for the Magnificus Mod. I've been going on increments of 50 from 100 until I get to 300 so I can handle more challenges.

You probably noticed the difference between challenge level 120 and 20 by doing this. Something else I noticed about that challenge level 12 win. Besides stealing the great white from the trader, you never used a 3 blood cost card that entire run. Nice. Good luck with them bears. I thought you might do a run where you get those eggs hatched, but I guess you're not that curious, lol.

I could think of something that would have reduced that misplay total. Anytime you had a tadpole with search sigil in your opening hand, you could get another one. Then get your mantis on the board with fecundity. You can get the 2nd mantis down by getting rid of your second tadpole. Look at that. 8 damage on the first turn all the time. But hey can't complain on the W. Also, you're never truly finished with Kaycee's Mod until you get the skull rush achievement. It's on the steam page.

Also. I'm aghast that you didn't take the double strike mud turtle. 4 damage done twice makes a good heavy hitter. Maybe it will work out with the prickly skunk. I would add health to that creature to get some use out of the bloodlust sigil. Why am I typing this? You probably figured that out.

Probably should have gotten items before facing the angler. I was surprised how far you got on that map w/o items.

I'd recommend looking at a KZbinr by the name of Moth Gutz. She recently uploaded a video completing Challenge Level 12 of Kaycee's Mod. You might get some ideas as to how to win, b/c she won on the 2nd attempt. I think starts around 2:13:15 of the video.

In order to keep that stinky vulture from becoming a problem, maybe put a squirrel on the far left side of the board and use the fast clock? I don't know the idea of a squirrel blocking a vulture from the opponent's board, and have the mole intercept the raven from coming down would certainly buy you some turns. That's just how I would play it. Also, thanks for making my favourite move in the game: unkillable skink. I also like your plague of spiky frogs strategy. I would have taken the red hart with unkillable and loose tail at the trial. You could continuously buff up that red hart with near endless sacrifices. I guess if you knew you would have fecundity unkillable bullfrogs, that deer would be impossible to defeat. Can I ask you your weight, lol? I'm sure you're not past my limit. Sounds like there is a garage sale going on in the background with regard to a microphone sale.

I know why you added health to the opossum. You needed the 3 health stats for the eggs and a defense for the annoying sigil. You could always look back on the other comments I left on previous Inscryption videos as research. I'm not the kind of person that wants to remind you of your past mistakes, despite the respite. At least you are not save scumming on the first map for battles, so that is progress. Btw, the five tribes of Inscryption are insect, reptile, bird, elk, and canine. There is no rodent tribe. The top left of each card can tell you if they are connected to a tribe. That warren with beehive and ant spawner is a great card to farm. Every time the warren or the rabbit gets hit, the bees have ant spawner also. You could fill the field with ants and 4 damage each. That was not a bad pick. If you placed the boulder in front of the coyote on the 2nd turn after the egg got killed, your raven would get 2 good shots of 4 damage in before the next phase and 2nd wolf comes down. There's the 6 damage for the first phase and you should have enough squirrels to get the dire wolf down. How's the new home?

You're probably expecting me to chime in on this and maybe you've already figured out the issue. In the flying wolf battle, you didn't notice that the mole will not intercept attacks from flying creatures like your magpie. In order to keep that second wolf from becoming a problem, you needed to keep that mole in its path. For that, you needed to sacrifice the opossum for the ring worm. It would be a slow victory, but Leshy might concede by then. With the guardian birds, one idea you could have tried was to pin the elk fawn in the corner against the sparrow. 2nd turn it gets killed by elk. If you ever plan to get the Lammergeier in your deck you need to limit other bone cost cards, being dependent on other bone cost cards weakens it. But you noticed that and you risk starvation by relying on squirrels too much. Something else is you should let the hands grab you when you lose. You should be able to start with pelts for trading at the start with this deck. I'd like to grab you with my hands to console you for what you are going through with this game. If you are ever interested in getting those eggs to hatch, you may want to do a 0 challenge level run. Even if you get the warning message that you can't proceed to the next stage ignore it. Might be the the best place to start when you decide to get back to this game. Well I've always known that abstinence makes the d**k work better and the heart grow fonder. I've been able to avoid touching myself for some time. But it might also be the Cialis I took earlier. Ohhhh. You were talking about the game again. Well. For one thing you will never get the wolf out of the cage b/c there is no caged wolf card in Kaycee's Mod. If you were planning to hatch those eggs, you will not be able to do so if you have the grizzly boss challenge on. 1st Run - You know that hook and pliers combination really would have come in handy in the 2nd phase of that boss battle. Who could possibly pass on the opportunity to steal a grizzly and pull a tooth? 2nd Run - Same point as 1st run. Also, passing on the chance to make your heavy hitter even tougher. 5 Damage and 11 health not good enough for the moose buck? With 2 mealworms that could have happened. I don't want it to be resistant to 3 grizzly hits. But keeping the moose buck in place was the right call. 3rd Run - Gee that scissors and pliers combination would have come in handy in the 2nd phase of that boss battle. Who could possibly pass on an opportunity for an open lane so the dire wolf can give the W. Actually you had the boss battle in the bag when I look at it again. The dire wolf can do 2 damage on the first turn killing the grizzly. 2nd turn you pull your tooth with the pliers and hit again. 3 damage total for the W. As for the eggs themselves, you are wayyyyy of the mark. Gathering bone cost cards is not entirely relevant to getting them to hatch. It is the stats of the cards in your deck that matter. If you noticed the three rows of lights, one for health, one for power, one for each tribe. Your deck needs to have at least one canine, reptile, insect, bird, and deer type, so don't bother trying to get a totem. The stats of your deck need to range from 1 to 5 also. This can help with goobert the painter painting duplicates, and campfires to improve the #'s. Sometimes fusions with mycologists also work b/c it will be difficult to get 4 or 5 stats. Another person I've tried to help with Kaycee's Mod gave up at Level 12. I'd prefer not to have you follow suit. Don't be scared of the Grizzlies, they just want to give you a bear hug, lol.

You've used the angler's hook on my heart, and I'm bloodlusting like the final boss totem. Ok no more faux romanticizing. Maybe it's b/c you're saying "f**k me" to much. I thought you were trying to steal an amalgam with the fastclock. Enjoy trying to hatch those eggs.

Nicely done. Keeps the suspense going. It always helps to not get too far and try to win in one run. All from the gambling game. Coincidentally, I'm on my 3rd boss of a run and it's the angler also. I couldn't get a good bug totem, so I'm stuck with burrower on insects. I had to take a break before figuring out that one move that was keeping me from extensive damage, put two worker ants in front of the 2 bait buckets and hit them with the fan. 4 damage over 2 from his raven. Sacrifice them both next turn. Now it's just a matter of stalling and if the pack rat doesn't f**k me with the wrong item. I'm starting this battle with 9 bones and I have a lammergeier.

Well we can't all have good runs. The infamous 1 turn kill battle. I've seen it quite alot with reptiles, especially against double strike totem battles. You would have to rely on having the right items. Btw, I knew you'd love trading in fused pelts. Now if you had no intention of changing your double strike deer totem, the best thing you should have done was to move that sigil from the dire wolf to the wolf cub. You already know the wolf cub becomes a wolf and it would keep the sigil. So a 2 strike will become a 6 strike. Sometime you never know what cards you gain. I had a wacky strategy for using bug totems with dam builder sigils. The problem with that was I had a chance to get the lammergeier before that point. It would have been so easy for bone generation to have all these dams get killed, especially when I had the unkillable beehive and subsequent unkillable dams. Sadly my deck became too big before I got to the final boss. Top deck killed me and I didn't have the items. 3 cards of which had the trinket bearer sigil.

Was that a request at the 27:30 mark and the 30:20 mark of this video? That stinky bug totem battle could have been easier if you scalped the mud turtle so that your pronghorn could maximize it's damage. If you placed it next to the stump on the left, 4 damage vs. 1 damage. Let the turtle hit you. Use the scalping knife next turn on the turtle so the pronghorn can do damage on the next turn. That's just a guess.

And with a fledgling sigil on top of that. Now you've given me a fledgling sigil in my pants.

That's ok. You can always count on me to belittle, I mean, give you supportive advice. Now I know you are not trying to go for my heartstrings when you decided to make an unkillable skink. That's my favourite stacking with my favourite card. Kind of wished you committed to more reptiles, b/c of totem. Even with the rattler, you had decent bone generation with endless wrigling tails.

If it has not become apparent to you by now, you need to sacrifice cards that have the annoying sigil if the creature is not powerful enough to defeat your opponent. Especially if your opponent has flying creatures. Best to keep that stoat in front of the grounded kingfisher. It's an old lesson but consider looking at the scales more often. The 2 plier pull was right and clearing sigils. Your best play was having that child 13 take hits from the coyote. Something you should get in the habit of is trying to remember the sequence of creatures in your deck as you draw them. They should be the same every time you restart battles. Boss battles might be the exception. Grounding all the birds was also a good move. They can at least hit your own cards.

Speaking of the annoying sigil, you needed to get the dire wolf pup away from the stink, despite it having the stink. Pliers needed to be used. Somehow you needed to impede the wolf pup's ability to move across the board b/c of its sigils. You had the right idea to cut the moleman. Whether that was on the first turn or second turn works. If you had the bleach as an item it would help against the amalgams and mantis gods. You're deck was not ready for that so the sooner you got to the 2nd phase the better. Drawing that out would help you get tank cards like the beaver and river snapper for the moon. "How you fuckin did it before?" Well that was easy and you did it before. Put the bullfrog down. Draw the mantis god from the hoarder sigil. Cut the mole man. Sacrifice squirrel or bones to get it on the field. 7 damage at most, on to the next phase. You really can't neglect how powerful that 1 blood cost card is. Having all those bones and you didn't get a lammergeier? May want to second guess that. I didn't mean to peek, lol. Maybe you should consider building your deck around the tribes shown on Leshy's picture. Might make it easier and interesting for deck build experimentation. Why? B/c you missed the elk.

People usually read descriptions when you provide further context to videos. This usually applies to referencing news articles or citing other videos. The descriptions also have links to other social media platforms or if you want to donate to certain charities or petitions. Sometimes the descriptions could have a funny turn of phrase. In this video you could say "bone-pwned in Kaycee's Mod." Since you are clearly having problems with this starter deck. Speaking of which, I know you probably anxious to for me to tell you how to beat that battle around the 10:00 mark of this video. Despite having 2 bone cost cards in your hand, you really needed to get the dire wolf pup out ASAP. The alpha and cockroach would take too long to turn the tide. Especially on the first map. When it comes to the bone cost starter deck, you will need a reliable way to get bones. Sending out your squirrels to die won't do it. Keeping the raccoon powered up helps but you have to make sure there are creatures that are going to be killed in battle. You will need the bone boon from the rat king, and/or hoggy bank item. Having loose tails that get killed also helps with bone generation. Oh yes, and the ever constant move that always works. I've mentioned it to you before. Sacrificing the black goat to the bone lord for 8 bones. As for this angler fight you are having problems with, let the angler pull the beehive behind the bait bucket. Great white won't attack if it gets dragged to second row by angler. Did I forget to mention that the angler won't take any card that moves across the board. Something that has the sprinter sigil like that elk fawn counts. Save the skinning knife for the incoming shark.

You just read what the wiseclock does. "ROTATES EVERY CREATURE ONE SPACE CLOCKWISE." Why didn't you use it to steal an elk when it was positioned on the top right side of the board? That becomes your card to use.
