I live near Canberra in Australia, have done for over 40 years. I would love to see or have the opportunity to see Newcastle play in my local area. But it isn’t going to happen. Canberra doesn’t have a stadium of the right quality or size and even a relatively short trip to Sydney would be a pain in the ars. I’m close to 70 so it’s not really feasible for people like me. I see no sense at all in this suggestion. it’s completely and utterly ludicrous. It will not benefit the sport , clubs nor the players and frankly I don’t think the Premier League needs to make any more money by doing this. Travel and insurance cost would be a huge impost on every club, Stupid idea. #HTL
