My advice to my younger self-- stand up for yourself or nobody else will. I was bullied throughout all my schooling. I never stood up for myself and no one else did. Going to parents, teachers, etc just didn't work. I'd get bullied even worse if I tried to tell on them. The ONE time I fought back my freshman year of high school, I got in trouble. But let me tell you this-- people left me alone after that :)
