Check out Westside Iron in Winnipeg, MB for season 10. It’s got the best energy in the city. Run by a bodybuilder competitor who’s also an Athletic Therapist. Also the only licensed GASP distributor in Manitoba. The equipment selection is the most thought out and efficient I’ve seen in Canada for the space. She’s truly made it a bodybuilding Mecca. It’s not made for soccer mom fitness, not for powerlifters, not for casual lifters who show up once a week. It is purpose built for the BB purpose minded. The music is loud and profane, there’s a NO TRIPOD rule, the atmosphere is 100% serious. This gym is the reason I want to move to the west end of the city, despite there being amazing gyms near where I live now. It’s that good.
