The whole weakness thing isn’t a Octopath original mechanic even though the game uses it it’s from the Persona SMT series and now Metaphor

Of course Octopath didn't create the weakness mechanic😂 it was simply the first game that came to mind especially if you compare how the UI presents the weakness to the players, in that sense it's more similar to Octopath than the Atlus games. I also just prefer how Octopath handles the mechanic anyway😂🤷‍♂️

@@BDizDood I prefer both Octopath and persona use of the mechanic if you hit the enemy with a weakness you get another turn octopath put the weakness above their heads after you discovered it that was a nice touch

@@jessepike3565Both series have done a great job handling the weakness system. I really like how Romancing Saga displays the enemy weakness underneath them similar to Octopath! I've been slowly making my way through Metaphor and being able to gain an extra turn has saved me MANY times, plus the press turn system is a great bonus!

When you beat Monster like jack in a box hiding in a treasure box in house of Solomon, it rarely drops armor named “hoshikuzu no robe “ literally meaning robe of stardust It enhances magic power and useful for mage

It doesn’t have bad motion blur at all you just need a better TV. Was actually impressed There was no motion blur. This is weird to me 😂

Considering this issue doesn't exist with any other game and there is many reports about this issue it's safe to say it's on the game 😂 The camera movement has a really rough motion blur effect going on and while it's not an issue for me I see why it could be a problem for MANY players! Apparently you can't even disable it on PC which is rare so hopefully they patch that in if they haven't already.

In some ways, this was almost a proto-open world game and there is a surprising amount of flexibility once you get past the obligatory introduction. Meaning: all players have a main story goal (defeating the Seven Heroes across the generations of emperors or empresses), but a lot of stuff is completely left up to you in terms of the precise order of events.

It's like this demo has taught me so much so much about the game while simultaneously keeping MANY things a secret! This aspect of being able to create our own timeline of events is really interesting to me and I'm looking forward to seeing how it all plays out. Plus the empire can generate revenue???

@@BDizDood yeah there will be a castle management feature where you can order the construction of buildings that give new classes to recruit, new spells, and more revenue. This is really cool ! And the generational system is amazing !

Weird how Emerald Beyond, the brand newest new entry in the series, doesn't get a physical release, but this redundant remake does. And a version of Romancing Saga 2 has already been playable on PS4 for many years now. I guess this is meant to be like what Minstrel Song was to Romancing Saga 1, but without having the divisive art style of Minstrel Song. It is definitely looking good though, I'm just surprised Square Enix is putting even more effort into this series. I thought it would take much longer for something new, but we are getting two 3D modern Sagas in the same year!

It is a strange decision, but the gaming industry is known for that lately😆 I assume they just expect Romancing Saga 2 to sell more than Emerald Beyond as please let me know if I'm wrong, but this looks more appealing to a wider audience than Emerald Beyond does judging from the gameplay i've looked up. I do wish this game had more of a unique art style going for it, but considering they are trying to expand the Audience of the SaGa series I think they've done a good job! I mean it managed to grab my attention from the trailer reveal alone which is a rarity! As a Kingdom Hearts fan I would LOVE getting two games a year😆There's a good chance ill have a look into the other Saga games if they are similar quality to the full release of Romancing Saga 2. Well, I wouldn't call it redundant, because most people haven't played a SaGa game in the first place and remaking one of the most popular ones in Japan is a good idea in this modern age, if it can help expand the game's reach beyond the usual SaGa audience.

Happy 1 Year Lies of P!!! Just as I was finishing up on this they JUST HAD to show a preview of the upcoming DLC! The new song sounds amazing and it looks like we are going to somewhere with alot of snow???

It feels like a double edged sword at times. I go from being extremely happy seeing all of the first party IP's get references, but then I get sad when I realise they haven't done anything with most of them for a LONG time. I'm hoping with the boosted sales of games such as sly cooper this will open Sony's eyes of what people actually want to play. I know it's also a case of developers not wanting to make some of those games anymore but I'm sure Astro Bot is going to push them in the right direction... HOPEFULLY! Thanks for the comment :)

It’s so good!😂 2 years ago it started as a meme anime intro animation but due to its popularity they uploaded two more intros and an ending. As you can tell they got so popular that an anime adaptation had to be created 😁 ( slight chance I was looking forward to this he he)

Thanks man I really appreciate it! 😁 Honestly it’s my own fault for the lack of viewers as I’m currently pretty inconsistent with my content in regards to the topic and the upload times. I just don’t wish to be stuck down to a certain type of video or all the fun would be absorbed, so I guess it doesn’t really help me out that people tend to expect certain videos from a creator he he 😅

@@BDizDood It's fine, dude. Just keep up the grind and your channel will grow. I'm sure of it. In case you're going for Reaction type of content, maybe you could cover what's trending and stuff. I could suggest stuff but... most of what I like are either old or irrelevant, or just plain weird videos most people don't actually watch. I'm a bit of a cultured individual. xD

Man if I could post a gif I would send some anime tears right now xD There is nothing wrong with being a cultured individual, in my eyes it just makes a person more interesting when they have a range of interests :). It's really more I'll react to the stuff I'm interested in ( I used to do RWBY reactions but I got spoiled so I didn't want to keep reacting to it if it meant having to fake something for entertainment) But I don't really focus on a certain type of content as I'll do reactions, video game reviews and highlights from my twitch stream as a shameless plug xD
