This mentality is they righteous way to go in my perspective , active use of metacognition.

Great feedback! My idea was inspired by the growth mindset, but as you pointed out, actively reflecting and adjusting to work smarter is part of it too!

What if I don’t really know when I wanna go? Firstly I decided to become a dev ops, then changed my plans to ML engineer, then gave up on that and started dev ops training once again..
@enduringagileАй бұрын
I’ve been in those situations many times. Perhaps these thoughts might help you. Maybe use your dev ops skills as leverage for something better. If you don’t know what that is yet, follow the path of least resistance for a while, recheck at some point based on what you’ve learned regarding your goals, then re-vector as needed along the way. Keep iterating along the way. This is the agile way 😊

@JugglingMattDad the Specialized Stumpjumper Alloy Mountain Bike is probably the best bike for any age that is a beginner or casual in mountain biking

That Stump Jumper looks pretty awesome! I’m going to keep riding my old hard tail until I can afford a nice full suspension MTB. 🚲

To get the conversation started, here is an idea that may help deal with cluttered scrum boards during the Daily Scrum meeting. Rather than going around to each person and asking what they did today, what is blocked, and what they plan to do today .... try looking at the stories in testing first, then looking at blocked stories. I have done this and it has worked. The entire team get's into the discussion, and it helps them focus on finishing what is in progress before starting new tasks. ... after you finish those focus discussions, then you can go around the room and ask if each person has anything else to discuss.

This is a remastered version of the original video, which is still available on the channel. It is in response to a few consistent comments about the music being distracting. In keeping with the agile mindset, this is an improvement based on stakeholder feedback. Now those of you who like the music still have that option, but for those of you who do not, this is for you. Enjoy!
