@@jfbPhotos The only wildlife I get here in southern Georgia is possums (which eat the kitty food we leave out for the neighborhood strays) so I'm very jealous!
@jfbPhotosКүн бұрын
I am surprised just how much wildlife there is in So Cal. Possums can be quite the characters! It's great that you're feeding the neighborhood strays, though. Every little bit helps!

Great mom. Finds a spot, high up on top of the fence, where the kids are safe to play and she can keep an eye on them and any potential threat that may be lurking. While the kids play and explore she takes a much deserved break from having those little ones, constantly under foot. Moms of every species can be so similar.
@jfbPhotos2 күн бұрын
Absolutely! It's amazing how moms, no matter the species, always find ways to keep their little ones safe while also taking a moment for themselves.

The bobcat triggered your watch? How do you trigger a watch? That's kind of weird.
@jfbPhotos4 күн бұрын
I have Wyze camera's setup to monitor the front door. The Wyze app with notifications turned on triggers your phone or watch (Apple watch in my case) if motion is detected. It even sends a thumbnail to the watch so you can ID what triggered the camera.

I moved to S. AZ in 2016. I had only been there for a month or so, and was standing on my patio at dusk, when this beautiful Bobcat strolled across my yard. I stood perfectly still and just basked in her beauty. She carried on her way. ❤

P.S. I love your exotic pine trees by the way; is that a Korean pine by any chance....? I bet you're a great photographer but I am not competent to render an opinion worth two cents as it's not an area I've any knowledge about beyond the brute facts of the physics of visible light being bent to our needs, or our detriment, depending...!
