This guy invented tricks 40 years ago that current skaters still can't do.

Never forget kids, this man practically invented modern street skating and created the majority of tricks, beginners and intermediate skaters learn

anybody remember sneaking in to the skate the giant pipes on the East coast of Florida? I'm sure that OG skater nkmcfartin could tell us all about doing that :)

To give you an idea of how different of a time it was, at 10 my buddy and I would be dropped off at Knotts for the day, pay $9 for unlimited rides, and in the Old West area Knotts had an archery range. A 10 year old could pay 50 cents for 10 arrows and a bow and start firing at the targets. Today people would shoot each other with the arrows, and some wuss kids parents would sue Knotts because their kid couldn't hit the targets as well as some others. The lack of tough love in the modern age just hurts society in general, and especially kid's, because eventually they will be a part of the cruel world, without any experience in how to handle adversity!

Lived in So CA when in the 5th grade (1979) the Pepsi Skateboard Team came and did their thing on our elementary school playground. I lived about 15 min from Knotts Berry Farm too, and for a while they had skateboarding set up in the "old west" area.

I remember watching this movie over and over and over then desperately searching for the soundtrack on CD everywhere. After years of failure, I gave up and I have no idea why I thought of it tonight and decided the bottomless pit of information that is the internet would surely have it now. But I'm so glad I did. Brings back memories of rewinding just to hear this bit on repeat.

I dunno why but I just loved this film as a kid. It just had a sense of thrill, action, charm and wit between Zeta Jones and Connery's character. First we try, then we trust is a mantra that I remember to this day. But most of all - its the soundtrack! I remember back before youtube, I was trying really hard to find the soundtrack on Columbia House but to no avail. Now I get to enjoy it online. Thanks!

Ah I loved this movie and music so much as a kid. I mean I still love it but back then it just seems so magical!!! And made Me love all those similar strange dark fantasy movies like from The 70-90s. With weird creatures and creepy puppets!!

Same isue with Korg B2. Returned it and they gave me a new one. We tried it at the store, before taking it home. At the store there was no hiss, nothing. Came back home with it, the hiss sound appeared. Seems like a problem with the electricity in my home.

At the user manual of Kawai kdp-120, it says that placing the piano near electric devices such as radio or TVs may be the cause of that noise. Mine also has the same problem.
