Most people have a tendency to equate high rise buildings with development and growth. Maybe because they are seeing it for the first time. I have lived all my life in high rise buildings that too at the top floor. Even at present I live in a penthouse. Trust me , after a few months you will feel disconnected from nature looking at all the concrete jungle around you. For me development means big Villas, there should be a frontyard, a backyard, private swimming pool, rooftop garden with attached kitchenette, backyard barbecue zone, etc. and most importantly, lots of space for pets to run around. Preferably surrounded by mountains/nature or around a beach. These high rise buildings are good only for the first 10 years and after that the maintenance costs shoot up year on year. After 30 years they look old and unimpressive. Villas can last for generations and the older they get the better they look , just like the rustic vintage look.

Riftzone 1 is best for entry level full suspension bike the only negative point is - this bike not come with dropper post but you can upgrade it

It’s a short trail bhai i think may be 1-1/2 km but on the way there are so many trails , in this video we cover 3 to 4 km in total-once we come down than we again go uphill for another trail and this is a nice place to explore many more trails
