This is not for beginners, they need way more ideas what to do with their bike-build. Not listening to an american guy who just love to hear his own voice. Why the fuck has all americans on youtube the same disease? You are professionals to waist my time!

Please don’t butcher these old bikes. They look horrible after you’ve finished, then you don’t ride them at all, either. I ride 5 days out of the week. I never see these things on the road.

I remember cafe racers very well. I was born 1955 in the UK . The cafe at the bottom of our street had regular visits with the “Ton up “ boys sat at the pin ball machines ,drinking tea or coffee and listening to rock and roll on the duke box . They didn’t say much to a kid like me but I knew what I saw and I new what I wanted. The bikes were Always British,BSA , Norton and Triumph being favourites. Alloy or fibreglass tanks, clip ons, open bel mouth carbs, rear sets, Rev counters were usually on the more elite bikes like Bonnies,Super Rockets, Dominators, louder pipes often with big cooling clamps on the headers ,brake drum trims supposedly for cooling, alloy guards. Single seats weren’t always favoured no doubt because it prevented a pillion ie girlfriends. These were for all the big boys ,leaving lesser mortals like learners and those with more mundane machines to act as wannabes that is until one manufacturer made there own cafe racer which would have taken the prize for a looker outside ANY cafe . It was the Royal Enfield GT Continental, and above all it was learner legal!! My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I saw it. Alas I couldn’t afford one and had to make do with an Ariel Arrow in need of gearbox work which I did aged 15 yrs. LOL

Hi, did you finally go ahead and read Baker Henistole's suggestions a fair shot? Maybe try go’ogling him, if you're tired of having to go through a grueling workout regime for months without results. It's natural, of course, and it can be done in 30 days.

nobody watches a youtube video to look at you sitting there taking to the frigging camera... total waste of video filming your EGO. The entire video should have only had bikes and not you trying to be yet another wanna-be host.

The Thruxton RS is probably the best bike from factory that’s a cafe racer. Obviously not cheap, nor a beginner bike.

Well, it was surreal clicking on this random cafè video and hearing your familiar voice (I’ve followed your film channel since the beginning) and seeing a familiar setting. Never had a clue from watching your film channel that motorcycles were in your life. Cool beans.

Oil analysis can throw-up false negatives: ie nothing to indicate imminent failure, but rod bearings still needed. If you've done the miles then do the maintenance; at least I would / do.

Seriousl Question here: How much would all of you pay for a 1978 Yamaha XS1100? I'm debating on whether or not to pull the trigger on this particular bike to start as a cafe racer project. I don't want to overpay.

I have catless headers on mine and LOVE the sound as well I have a Super Sprint Muffler. Sounds GREAT! Because I have the cats gone I found the "ECUworx" free tuning software and tuned the car for them. It also allows you to code your Sport button throttle (Well the throttle mapping in general actually) Which I loved because I turned up my throttle mapping so I don't need to push it down hardly at all to get the juice when I want it LOL. Check it out it's really amazing DIY software!! And all you need to pay for is the license! (About $40).

I love mine too. If I compare the way a 2006 model car from another manufacturer I find the rattles worse in other cars personally. I also don't buy all my parts OEM or from FCP Euro. Some I do if they are bmw specific but things like sensors or plastic bits for interior or trim on the car you can save lots buying cheaper ebay parts and really there's nothing I find too often that is a big problem. If there is it's usually so cheap it's no big loss IMO. lol. My car has been lowred and has a few after market parts that help with keeping the car very solid on the corners. (All my bushings are poly and then I have Anti roll bars Camber arms but the rest is OEM and it's great. I totally agree with you on the Weight!! TOO HEAVY!! LOL. Great stuff!

just look to the M letter and M colours, they have to be very correct without thicker or thineer stripes.. and size /// and M have to be the same.. oem zhp knob weight 180g. in the video is fake knob..even you can tell that from very sad leather and stitching..
