@@ClaretAndBlueArmy : Face coverings at football matches, not a good idea.....people and the police will immediately judge you.....and my young son wasn't to keen either. Just my opinion as a long serving football fan, but you have youth on your side so maybe you can dress as 'drag queens' or Clowns next time 😅 But aside of that you do some good work. Do you have the heart to continue in Tier 6 again next year ??? I live in France but i will be following the Iron again next year if we survive the fall out of this play-off defeat. It was the worst defeat i have experienced since i started supporting the Iron from the age of 11 years old.. and that was in the 80's 😳.....it was heartbreaking 😩 I need a rest now, but we go again next season and we must finish top this time. I was gutted watching the Boston fans and players celebrate after the pens. 2023/24 season has been one hell of a ride, we were on the verge of extinction, and thankfully have a board of directors who are doing the right things for the club. I am already looking forward to the 2024/25 season...and hopefully celebrating winning the league and promotion next April. #uti #iron

To be fair to the Scunthorpe faithful, they should be confident. Scunthorpe is a club that is naturally league one/two. I have supported Carlisle united since 1982. Scunthorpe have been good rivals and will be again. To be fair i’d see Scunny as being at least as big as Stockport County or Wrexham. I think the natural default position of Scunny fans is to be fun loving and self-deprecating. I didn’t see many Scunny fans bragging or bigging themselves up. They’ll be back.

I’m a Boston UTD fan, have to say, you should have had a penalty, will watch it back when highlights come out. But the referee was abysmal, for both teams. Thought he got lots of decisions completely wrong… one more thing, when we invaded the pitch at the end one of your fans ran infront of me giving it the large telling me to F off and that. Thought that was wrong and all.
