It is parsed out as Present Middle Imperative 2nd Person Singular and this is the only place it’s used in the New Testament in this manner. The present tense is describing and ongoing action and the middle voice is Indicating that the subject is both performing the action and being affected by it. Therefore I believe Mary was already making physical contact with him and a more accurate translation would say something like “Stop clinging to Me” or “Don't hold on to me” implying physical contact is already being made, just an opinion. I’m also looking at the parallel account in Mat 28:9 - where they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.
