It's a 3KW Motor not sure which but seems to have alot more torque than other 3KW Builds i've seen or tested even running the same settings. The controller is a 60a Sabvoton.

5 frames? i had a kona i only used off road that lasted 3 years until the swingarm snapped hit some massive jumps and drops with that too, one about 10 ft and landed on the back wheel still went strong 2 years after that. so with these electric kits they can work if built correctly also mid suspension was leaking on the kona so maybe that even made the swingarm weak.

so the 25 stone around your waste wasnt an adding factor then just your pure leg power id say peddle the next bike you get dont kick the top tube as you try and swing a leg over

Thanks, I use zee 4 pot brakes and the discs made for them. Most 4 pot brakes should do the job

Also make sure you get good brand name pads a lot of fake Chinese pads on eBay

They're around 120 each brake + 30ish for discs @@7547JAMES Obviously though just have a look mate see what 4pot decent brand brakes you can find, some are more expensive than others but they'll stop you and last longer. so it is worth the money

@@dylanwalker1205 Yeah mate, that'll be a right beast, them Sabvoton controllers, just the one I got the 7245m is a right piece of kit, made my 1500w rear hub seem super powerful with tonnes of torque/ strength over my modded controller. Was thinking of hooking it up again to my ride but on my Scott 26" mtb I have my controller placed on top of my rear mud guard... I'd probs have to get a super strong mudguard, or make a bracket to take the Sabvoton 'cos they are pretty heavy controllers . The stock modded 35a controller I got on at the moment is pretty light so it's ok just tightly tie-clipped on the rear guard. But yeah, I can see why the Sabvoton cost me 180£, they are beasts. 5000w qs205 or the other one (I forget) man, they are naughty. I say go for it!!!
