There is one major issue with Spider Holster: their customer service is terrible, rude, and unprofessional. Additionally, there are a few smaller problems. From a man's perspective, wearing two belts is bulky and uncomfortable, especially when working at a wedding all day. Since your jacket covers it, it can become quite annoying. I had to make several modifications to wear it on my belt, which made it much more comfortable and less bulky.

Btdubs, I switched to just building my own external drives years ago and never looked back. Enclosures are like $10-30, and then you can throw in whatever SATA or NVME SSD you want (or HDD if you need a beefy boy). Reason I say this is for every external drive I've bought, the controller dies waaaay before the drive inside does, or the controller even on expensive drives is terrible. It's a really weird product space. I guess in the case of the ultra-rugged, IPX rated cases, I'm not sure how well you could build your own (I've never looked), but also, unless you're working in extreme environments or in the water, it's probably fine? But for anything else, I've noticed the price difference can be quite a bit when comparing true performance. Plus if the controller dies, data recovery is easy peasy.

It is great. I just hope the belt is better built. After one year of heavy use, the adjustment loop has lost tension so the belt would get loose as I shoot. I now use a gun holster belt.

I’m into the concept and do appreciate the video. I use single strap and am trying to figure out what to do with camera 2. I feel like the dangle on your harness is crazy long, if you raised your cameras 6 inches I’d be curious to see the comparison
@KaitlinandMitch4 ай бұрын
It might help a little but they still swing around. Also if you tighten them up you get pretty limited on where you can hold your camera away from your body without removing them from the strap. One thing we didn’t cover in the video is that they are less predictable when you are squeezing through tight spaces like during wedding receptions and ceremonies. Dual straps are cheap so it wouldn’t hurt to try it first if you think that’s what would work best for you.

Now i don't own any cameras aside from the one on my phone however i do own several firearms and ive had around 15 different slings and ive spent absolutely way to much time trying to figure out what works for me just to come full circle plus one step* during my constant waste of time and money i tried using a one point sling which is very much what your two camera sling is and after dropping my rifle and it slapping me in the nuts due to to much slack i decided i didn't like tht much and tightened it up and it kind of looks like that's your issue is to much slack perhaps a quick adjustment tab ro shorten or lengthen the attachment point as needed would be a good solution to the issue plus allow you to still run both cameras or tighten it up and add a carabiner so you can quickly just remove it to take pictures Either way one point of attachment is sub optimal for sure and I'd probably go nuts with the JB weld in order to put a QD cup on a camera if i had to deal with it *( QD mount on opposite side of stock and about an inch or two forward of upper receiver with a BFG vickers sling for those who care)

Everyone is missing big considerations! If bridesmaids are buying their own dresses, then they (1) should get to say what their budget is and (2) have no expectation to give a wedding gift. Their buying their dress is the gift, on their budget terms. I've been happy to buy my own dresses that I'll never wear again with these in mind.

How about, no suits and wasted dresses. They are there to be "witnesses" - not decorate your photos. Best yet, elope or marry at the Courthouse and then have a RSVP attire-specific reception; giving the individual the option to come or not, without feeling "cut from the celebration" or "financially drained."
@SineN0mine37 ай бұрын
At that point why even bother getting married? Are you just doing it for the tax man?
@K9_MAMA7 ай бұрын
@@SineN0mine3 Some people marry for the tax break when they're young and have children. Then, they divorce to get more Social Security retirement benefits when they're old. When you understand this, then you may come to realize that marriages "ordained" by the the Government is a trap.

In the scope of things is actually not that much. And it’s a beautiful gesture. Between purchasing a bridesmaids dress and a gift for you and transportation and likely a bachelorette party a wedding can set you back thousands of dollars. If someone is important to you then prioritize taking care of their outfit and you can find inexpensive and beautiful options. Have fewer bridesmaids or don’t have bridesmaids.
@imjustczarina7 ай бұрын
@@SUZSMITH I mean, wouldn't a wedding be treated the same way as a birthday? The guests go there because they also love you and want to celebrate with you. So in turn, you give them food and a little something like a trinket as a thank you gift back.
