Y'all i finally got it, u have to exhale super hard and fast from your stomach. Here is what helped me: 1. Imagine you are taking a huge poop(stay with me!!) 2. Notice how it feels when you open your mouth and exhale whilst doing this. When you have to push a big one out, you can feel your abs tighten and the air is kinda pushed out of your lungs 3. After practicing a few good, strong exhales, shape your lips as if you were going to blow out birthday candles 4. Try the video again I hope this helps

NOT THIS RIGGER!...I was an army parachute rigger, and had one of these belts. I personally just trusted the ring to clip a safety strap clip to on planes and copters, and even if I was a trunk on a .50. Using the ring in those manners were just safety measures, j/c. To repel with? Do that at your own risk. I wouldn't trust it to hold alotta weight for a long period of time, and with it so low, a good slip and ya might snap your back. It's a good belt, and the ring is pretty useful for alotta clip tasks, but repelling, I'd use a rig designed for it. I did do repelling also, and never used my belt for that at all.
