She's getting rewarded for it all. C'mon Lisa you need some form boundaries with this girl before she gets out of hand. She's getting away with everything no consequences for factory break in, no consequences for stealing booze, no consequences for getting drunk, no consequences for taking mason along uninvited, no consequences for slacking off at work. She told Carla that she went back to work too soon after Becky’s death and she wished she’d taken more time off and helped Betsy with her grief, I think maybe she feels guilty for that and that why she’s let her get away with so much😕.

I just feel like Lisa needs to cut Carla some slack. I think if you fancy the pants off someone you’re more accepting of their foibles and slip ups. She’s new to this I just feel like irl Lisa would be kinder and more accepting. Also, most people don’t shout their new relationship from the rooftops to everyone- you do it carefully and slowly. I think the writers have this wrong.

I loved Guiding Light - watched for 37 years. It was ahead of its time on a lot of social issues. The story line they did addressing issue of marital rape with Roger and Holly was powerful TV. A lot of great actors and actresses came out of that show.

Honestly, this entire episode with them was all around wonderful. Yeah, Betsy can be rude and disrespectful, but Lisa was being the same way honestly. Carla is a great moderator and she is able to see things from both of their perspectives; in my opinion, Carla is exactly what Betsy and Lisa need. I think Carla is more herself than she has been ever been, and Lisa is happier than she has been in a long while. Betsy might not admit that she likes Carla and thinks she good for her mom, but you can totally see it. Yeah, there are trust issues amongst them all, but I can just see this allowing them all to get a stronger bond with each other 😊 ❤

There is so much manipulation and abuse goes on in these relationships. I hope Carla and Lisa can get a healthy one. We have to remember that what we feed our brains becomes a reality

Carla has played the role of becoming queer so well. Carla seems her happiest when her and Lisa are together. No one says she is a lesbian, she just likes Lisa, that’s it. People can be more attracted to the person than the parts and that’s what I see here. Carla hasn’t laughed nearly as much as she has since she started going out with Lisa. No one has said it has been easy, but Carla enjoys being with Lisa, and that’s the whole point of it
