Oh, wow! Not a strat most could do! Glaceon needed to be +Def, almost max Def to not die to Mamo's Stone Edge, turn 1. And Fearow needed to be +Speed, with good Speed to outspeed Weavile.

That looks like an E4 Hera to me. Only concern is if it can deal with Swampert or not
