Nice vid! I'm using vids like these as reference for Yuri's Combination 1 2 3 cheese strat (because fuuuuck this boss) but IDK what I'm doing wrong, cause my damage is NEVER this high. My last attempt got me 125k damage which isnt even close. Maybe im underleveled, idk

Hey there glad you enjoyed and using this as a reference 😂 Yeah this boss' combat is kinda meh 😂 no real way to fight it differently For the combination 1 2 3 what are you doing ? You need to do it like I did to cumulate the multipliers Also what level are you or whats your stats lol I had to use barbatos ring to be able to 1 hit kill the head and body like I did

Omfg i finally did it!! I beat this bitch ass spiral draco, holy sh*t it was hard but worth it in the end! 🎉🎉🎉 Btw, i did not use yuri's cheese method, instead, i had to beat him the old fashion way, with a party of yuri, estelle, Repede, and raven. I even farmed in order to get 99 limit bottles, and 60 hourglass! In the end, my item reserves are low af lol 😆

@@DemonBGaming I'm not preventing it, I don't let him alive enough to let him do it If you OBSERVED attentively when he was doing it while you were playing you would have NOTICED OVL absorption is actually ITS OWN Mystic Arte, meaning he NEVER starts the fight with it AVAILABLE right away, WHY do you ask these questions with obvious answers ? can't hurt for you to Observe a bit more and THINK ?

I only used Mystic Artes at overlimit 3 and 4 You can go in overlimit with Yuri without using the Overlimit gauge thanks to the hyper tension skills

@@DemonBGaming that's a lot to explain if you have ALL the hyper tension skills then you should activate them and read about how you trigger them, they are self explanatory You should train a bit more before trying this boss on unknown because he is no joke

By setup you're asking for the skills equipped ? If you want to have 1 team member on fights you need to complete 200 man melee with the character then you will learn a skill that will allow the members that have it activated to be the ones in fight despite the party order

@@DemonBGamingoof about the skills that's a huge list but the most important component here is having combination 1 2 3, this is what allows the 2nd Mystic arte to do that huge damage If you're fighting the spiral draco on normal or even hard, on level 200 you can defeat it without using the combination 1 2 3 method Anyways still about the skills activated I have most of them equipped Arte List use was (on this vid) (No directional inputs) Brutal Fang Destruction Field Shining Fang Wolf Strike Azure Wolf Strike Ghost Wolf Hidden Wave Dragon Swarm Azure Storm Shining Fang Drop Demon Attack Final Gale Lone Wolf Storm Azure Blast Frigid Blast Lone Wolf Charge Didn't use all 16 artes in this fight due to boss mechanics My arte list isn't fixed if you have a look of the other videos I have on this playlist but there are some core ones and most of them come back I cycle through a few of them

Wow this is awesome, I'm still new to this game and I have some question about how do you manage to maintain the 200 hits+ combo against the human bosses such as Schwann, Zagi, etc without them able to tech-out of it? Is the bosses can only do the tech-out things once per combo chain?

Thanks glad you enjoyed the vid. About the bosses techs out you must force them out with knockdowns. They usually have two techs out before you can force in combos so you need to be able to read and pick up the tech outs. Whether they use a recover move from knockdown or use a techout arte is random but they usually are doing an arte tech out and if you force another knockdown they usually use air recover but it can happen that they will do other arte My other solos are in the playlist you if wanna check them out I'm only missing out the final boss and some other bosses memories I wanna fight then the run will be complete (after 3 years lmao)

Look like it gonna take me a while before getting used to this mechanic but I preferred this over Arise's bosses

@@TheBuffon074 most bosses will try to stop teching out after 2 or 3 different tries some bosses even try teching out with OVL after a while when comboing them to death lol One of the keys is using FRC (Free Run Cancel) and Guard after forcing the tech-outs so you are able to read the AI more efficiently you will see more of this in my arc 3 video I actually think they kinda have a timer before attempting to tech out etc again during an infinite

Nah tbh not really a good video to show to newcomers because it's somewhat cheese strats. you don't really see the Yuri combo game here what enticed me to train with Yuri were the kinda videos I did in my solo playlist The outfit is actually a cameo outfit (Judas outfit From Tales of Destiny 2)

I guess they just saved the worst stuff for Spiral Draco 🤣 even the attempt I got had on him had to rely on luck since I didn't herb boost neither had Final Gale maxed +/or Barbatos Ring 🤣 I'm going to upload it soon lol

So as I put in the description, the reason why I won't try hard anymore with the game is since V7 actually I thought Mania was actually okay way less frustrating and memey than what we got with M+ There are a lot of times where you are locked into Blitz+Defensive Special to survive (or even just defense) and then boom one enemy slips in and you can restart. I did this video so I can give a try to the new patch myself (and I mostly still dont enjoy it as the enemy AI is still doing its own thing. You cant style much aside using the safe stuff because otherwise you are punished for using unsafe move. Enemy AI sliding into your DMs mid combo for free during your hitstop 😑. Enemy flash moving around etc and even backpedaling from you for... reasons ? I've already discussed it with @ManiacAlvin about this in his video there kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHeriIuEbJxoaZY and I agree with him Anyways in a nutshell I don't really like how the game forces you to play in M+ and it doesn't match my playstyle even if I forced it in there Overall its still a fun game to play to be honest but more in casual way I would say. They could still tweak a few things imo (like imagine reducing recovery in blitz but AI tweak could probably circumvent this lol) Mad props to the peeps that are repping the game to this day I still need to focus on the games I am playing on the side though 😅
