It's the weirdest feeling... The world is spinning around you in a blur at about 300 miles per hour but if you look down you could read your phone and look at the floor and it's not moving... But if you try and stand up you'll fall over

THANK YOU! This is the only manuever that worked for me. The Epley manuever didn't do it, and yours finally made the spinning stop, so thank you very much for this!

TURN HEAD TOWARDS ELBOW? Which part of head, the chin or the back of the head? Picture shows back of head towards rt elbow. I don't see any 45 degree angle; the head looks almost in same plane as back in the picture. R U saying 45 degrees relative to the plane of the back so the chin points slanted down towards the flloor?

This saved me. One day, I was feeding my pets in the morning, bent down, and my world started spinning. I went to work, and it got worse. I made my appointment with a Dr and was left on my own. In the afternoon I ran into this video, did the steps twice and it was instantly gone. My mother has been suffering from vertigo for years and has had the eplily maneuver done many times with no luck. I sent her the video a few times but she hasn't tried it which is a shame as I know it works.

The opening gave me vertigo. I had to shut it off and lay down. Why does every vertigo how-to video try to simulate the experience of vertigo visually? It's pretty cruel and keeps me, whose suffering, from the information that I need.

I feel like this exercise has helped me I just did it 3 times… I still have my nystagmus but it’s not as bad right now
@JulieOCallaghan-m3d27 күн бұрын
Surprisingly enough, this has actually helped me !! I went to the doctors and he said I don’t have bppv which is I was confused about I always thought u had it. My vertigo is really hard to understand because I get nystagmus on one side of my vision and when I turn my head everything moves slightly. Does anyone else have the same thing ? I used to have big attacks of vertigo where I vommit and everything is spinning but thankfully enough it not that bad but I get nystagmus now or else everything moves abit when I move …

What really worked and don't have vertigo is a vitamin called quercetin mixed with bromelain along with 10,000 iu of vitamin d not synthetic real vitamin d along with vitamin K2 not the synthetic kind took it right away with in a few hours and next day all my symptoms were gone and tookI had really bad vertigo that gave me crazy weird sharp headaches and dizziness to where I couldn't play with my kids workout and couldn't play basketball I thought I should definitely tell everybody that has vertigo because not want anyone to suffer and all these vitamins that I just mentioned are found in food quercetin and bromelain found in pineapple and onions and vitamin K2 found in avocado vitamin d found in all kinds of food

The first time you have severe vertigo you think you’re dying. Then it comes and goes and you know what it is. It usually lasts couple/few days. Most recently I had it for months. Did all the tilting of head etc. Still had it. Thought maybe ear wax. I went to a walk-in clinic. The PA told me I had fluid in my left ear. He told me to get the strong Sudafed they keep behind the counter. 2 days later it was gone. I had been dealing with it off and on for two months. The Sudafed dries the moisture. It was a miracle. Good luck.

Vertigo can be neurological from brain damage. My eye tracking is off and causes the vertigo. When it is calm I am vertigo free. It has been 4 yrs+ since the accident. I was triggered 7 days ago by my schools website with sliding photos. I am not well in any way. This crystals in yhe ear method does nothing for me. Inform people. There are different types.

If you still can’t figure out what side it’s on even after rolling to one side and then the other and you maneuver the wrong side, will it make it worse?

I want to start by saying I have suffered from this so since I was a kid and about 3 years ago it all went away all but about 25 percent.. well I was out with the family at a cook out the other day and out of no where boom it came back 100 percent and I have to say it put me in a very deep place I couldn’t focus I was so scared my anxiety went through the roof I went riding the next night to try to clear my head but it got so bad I wanted to literally kill myself im telling you this was very bad I cried and I wanted out of this i didn’t car what it took and all I could think of was suicide I texted my wife I told her I’m so scared right now and I feel like I’m so depressed and I felt like I was one person in this huge world alone… I said I need help like mental health.. she said come home so I did we talked and she said I probably have virtago well I was terrified to speak on it be it makes it worse talking about it but I started searching how to cure it and I came across this video and I did it and I must say it helped me so much it did not fully cure it that day but each day it got better and tbh I would have never done it if I hadn’t read all the comments and seen all of them were saying how it helped them so that’s why I’m leaving my comment… praying to Jesus Christ and finding this video could have possibly saved my life….thank you
