Moosie and her sister Charlie are probably ten years old now. Moosie's kittens are 9 now. Sassy and Kraken are doing well but Tigress passed away last year (fluid in her lungs). I have Patty and her family too! They are 3+ years old.

interesting. I didn't know. tbh, the line wasn't popular with collectors back then either. There was a Batman release that tended to sell quick.

Hey there Mark, it's funny that they show the Triumph Tiger 100 in race trim, like with that streamlined faring around it. That being said there was a type of customising popular in the UK in the 1950's and 60's were the owner would soup up their bikes with race parts, the style being know as a Cafe Racer, as the kids who owned them would race between cafes. In the UK before we had motorways and traffic was routed along normal roads, there would be places to stop to get a cuppa and a smoke, which were called transport cafe, akin to a truck stop in the US. A lot of the famous old transport cafes still exist. The Triumph Tiger 100, was the motorcycle that Bob Dylan was riding when he crashed it. His song These Wheels On Fire, is thought to be about his accident.

@mrgrooves It was the Mods who rode the scooters which are in Quadrophenia. The Mods were the sworn enemies of the guys who rode the 'proper' motorcycles like the Tiger 100. The guys who rode the motorbikes were called Rockers. There was all out pitched battles between the 2 groups on public holidays usually on the seaside locations, lol. Sounds like I'm making all this up. Anyway, I did a search for diecast mod scooter and it brought back a few results which look really nice, don't think they are 1/64 though, they look bigger 1/32 maybe?

Thanks but this is the last video of the series. It takes me too long make them. The new series, hopefully coming in two days, will be shorter but still feature cars out of the cases. To be honest, it's starting to feel like I'm duplicating the original unboxing so I will make a fun, shorter format and link to the original unboxing video. It's the original video that has time-relative commentary that I wouldn't exactly still remember many years later. If I keep this new series to about a 5 minute format, people who want the detailed information won't mind clicking and watching the original video too. Thanks again! Mark

@ExodoPics The creator of the cases used to be here in California. I could just drive a half hour and pick them up. However, he moved and now somebody else takes care of them and hes not in California. I also bought them in person at conventions. I never bought them from the website.

Watching this again - the fact about the 673 code was something I never knew, I always seem to learn something new watching these. This long form browse through old castings is one of my favorites. You got me into collecting in 2012 so I never had these. A lot of them would be very popular if they were put out today - especially the BMW Z8 and 3-series and Lincoln Navigator. But yeah, as soon as I saw those wheels I thought they looked like Maisto wheels. Not something I would expect on a Matchbox. Love the videos!

Hey Mark - I'd love it if you made a video about the changes over the last few years - from the first warehouse to the second (which you talked a little bit about) and then what's happened since and your thoughts about where the hobby is. I'm in the midst of an exodus myself and it seems like the hobby in general peaked and is sort of settling out now. I have a very small focus with regard to what I buy now and I have spent about 6% of what I spent at this time last year.

Hey Mark, this is a great set, I've always like it. The Hot Wheels '67 Camaro always seem to attract a high price on the secondary market. I've got a California Customs version which is supposed to be valuable. This set is too rich for my blood thou, looking at what it sold for.
